Mercedes does my hair and the flat iron really leaves my hair nice and bouncy, full of body!
I came in for a wash, trim and flat iron for my natural hair. My hair was in the middle of my back. Not only was the stylist heavy handed and rough with my hair. She cut my hair to shoulder length. It was only supposed to be a trim. Make matters worst one side is longer then the other. She totally butcher my hair. I left with a huge headache and all my hair cut off. I should have told her to stop. I will never return to this place again.
The stylist was suppose to shape and trim my hair. The stylist actually cut at least 4-5 inches of my hair off. I will never return to this salon. Service: Haircut
