Moved to the area over a year ago and have been on the hunt for a place to get my eyebrows done. Everytime I try a new place, I'm always disappointed. I tried Eagle Nail & Spa randomly today and was pleasantly surprised! Michelle waxed my eyebrows, and her customer service was excellent. She was very kind, professional and didn't make me feel awkward like I normally do when I show up to nail places with bushy caterpillar eyebrows. The price for eyebrow waxing was very reasonable, and the facility was very clean. My eyebrows are now well-defined, and I found my new eyebrow place!

I was a bit disappointed with the service, i asked for white polish. And the lady ended up using gel white polish. So when i went to pay i had to pay the extra $15 which i did pay because i didnt want to make a scene. But that wasn’t what i asked for, and what i was told was that “gel is better it last longer “ and “her English is not that good”…. Which really just sounded like excuses to me. Make sure you are specific and very precise with what you ask for. And also i didnt like that the prices werent up in the open were u can see them when you walk in. They only bring you the prices once you are on the chair with your feet already in the water. They just tell you to come in.
