I had a horrible haircut ( it is super uneven and just unprofessional) even my students noticed the unevenness ( I am a teacher). I reached out to them in hopes that they would give me a refund and instead they suggested to fix my hair. She had cut my hair super short and I did not want scissors near my hair anymore. At least I can put it in a ponytail until it gets long. If I want to wear it down, I have to curl it so the uneven layers do not show. I honestly wish I never went there :/ Service: Hairstyling

I usually never write negative reviews, I try my best to work with people, but this time, I worked with Hannah, she did my hair and my hair turned orange (brassy), I reached to Hannah and advised me to used the purple Shampoo but it didn’t work. I reached back to her and told me to return to the hair salon for a correction, but my hair ended up being more orange and damaged beyond repaired. Be aware!

They didn't clean up the hair in between clients. I was pretty grossed out, there was hair everywhere. Not to mention I had to sit next to this pile of hair while my daughter got her hair done. (The picture doesn't do it justice. Think the size of a man's fist-- two giant balls of hair.) I was sitting over 20 ft from where they were cutting hair. Also check out the gold Christmas balls above their products. They're dusty and nasty. They cut my daughter's hair to the exact length as her photo... Both the hair in the picture and my daughter's hair were curly. Even I know that once the hair curls it's going to end up much shorter... and it did!
