I’ve thought long and hard about writing this review because I’m not trying to bash this salon, but I am extremely unhappy with my haircut. I gave my haircut a 1 star because it was cut poorly. My right sideburn was over an inch longer than my left sideburn. The hair on the back of my head was shorter than the hair on the nape of my neck, making me look like I had a bad mullet. My top left was longer than the right, and there was no texture nor feminine shape to the cut. It took her 5 minutes to whack of my hair with clippers. CLIPPERS! Who cuts women hair with clippers?! I specifically requested that she does not use clippers in my head and she grabbed them and said she wanted to just shave the bottom. However she but my whole head with them!!!!! My hair was not short to begin with. I went from should length hair to a bad mullet in minutes. She seemed to be in a rush and did not care about how she cut it. Atmosphere was very welcoming, and relaxing. Hairstylist was very professional and knowledgeable to my hair care needs. My first appointment for natural hair services was not a disappointment. Definitely will be booking future appointments. Service: Hairstyling
