Very frustrating being a tenant here for 1 year, make on time payments every week no problem but when i call Lindsey to simply get an understanding of what was told to me before, she is immediately argumentative and rude. I was told “well maybe you should have read your lease better” “you rent from us we dont have to give you anything” sure enough ma’am but now that i’ve experienced what other tenants have from you i can see why there are not many tenants here anymore. Incentives that were once offered to lease are now not an option. I would have to renew my lease after my 2 years to get it. This is ridiculous. Also whatever sign on bonus you agree to BE CAREFUL it will be used against you later.
