Terrible customer service. Due to parking in lot that said name of salon, parked in wrong lot. Called salon to ask for walking directions. Due to being 10 minutes late, no one in salon could fit me in even though i was willing to wait. Even medical specialists give a 10 minute grace periods.
Kylie was absolutely amazing! I’m from VA and was visiting Dallas. Called same day, got a same day appointment and she killed it! I think I’m going to wait to get my hair done until I visit Dallas each time now because she’s so good. Also, v upscale salon using dyson dryers. Services: Shampoo & conditioning, Blowouts, Haircut
When I go I have Adrian do my hair and she is the best stylist. I have red hair and I would not trust my red hair with anybody but her. I have used her for years and now don’t go to anyone else but her. She’s such a professional, and my I love my hair after she does it!!!
