The Salon Professional Academy Georgetown

I am sorry to have to write this negative review but I am very disappointed in the ‘hi lights” I received this week. My hair is blond and I wanted some hi lights to brighten it up a bit. The student did a nice job applying the foils but must have used the wrong toner. Now my hair is brown with some reddish highlights. It’s not at all what I asked for or have ever had before!-my hair has alway been blond.I was told there are no refunds but they could try a different toner. The instructor did say she didn’t know what that might do to the color. My advice-take in pictures of what you want done or look at the color before a toner is applied-I will not be returning to this beauty school again.

Kenzie is my GIRL! She’s amazing. This is the first time I’ve had a stylist style my hair with its natural texture instead of blowing it out. She did not disappoint! She was knowledgeable about products and how they might behave on my hair and was able to help me troubleshoot issues I’ve had in the past. I am actually excited to style my hair on my own now, which is a first!

I absolutely loved it! Katlin did an awesome job!! Can’t wait to go back for highlights! ☺️
