I go there to get my haircut by the one and only Kane. I can’t speak highly enough about his professionalism or timeliness.
I attempted to get a haircut at this establishment, to no avail. I arrived at 3:45 on a Monday, and was met with no receptionist. After waiting nearly twenty minutes (and have three separate stylists make eye contact with me before silently walking away), I asked a stylist if anyone could help me. She asked what I wanted. “A haircut.” She asked if I had an appointment. After pointing out that the door clearly states that walk-ins are welcome, she told me “just walk around and see if you can find someone”. I found the establishment and the employees unwelcoming. I will not be returning.
Our experience here was amazing. The hair specialist was very understanding with my young grandson. Thank you for making him smile
