Spa Pro Nails

I went to another nail salon who told me to "wait a little bit" and proceeded to make me wait 1.5hrs. I called here to see what their wait time was seeing how it was close to 6:15pm and they were going to close soon. They insisted I could come in and be seen, which I was. But because they were closing soon the nail tech rushed through they whole processes. She used what looked to me like a mail opening knife to pry off my existing acrylic, in attempt to make the process faster instead of taking her time to sand it off. I asked if it would damage my nail doing that and she insisted it wouldn't. But now my nails are chipping like crazy. The application of the dip powder was also rushed and messy, not good sanding or shaping. I should have just gone home cause clearly the universe was trying to give me signs to not go through with it. But I also promised my 3 y.o niece a manicure and she wouldn't get hers done if I didn't. Lesson learned.

I texted the Owner about an issue I was having and NEVER got a response. Years of going there and they don't care. I didn't want to leave a bad review but this isn't okay. After voicing my concerns after the service, she attempted to remedy the situation, to no avail. So once I get home and took a closer look I immediately sent her a text with photos of the work expressing my disappointment. It's not like I asked for a discount or free service. I literally pleaded for her to pay closer attention and do my service correctly. No response, no apology, nothing. Lashes aren't cheap to maintain. And after getting a second opinion and confirming she glued multiple lashes together and used way too much glue, esentially damaging my natural lashes without the proper isolation. I refuse to look the other way. Refresher courses are much needed. On the positive side, the lady that gave me a pedicure was very nice and gives a great massage.
