I had very bad experience. Stylist here is not trained in haircut. Stylist literally dropped his scissors two times.. does not even no how to handle the scissors.. tooo expensive like 35$ for regular hair with an inexperienced stylist.. and on top of that they have billboard saying minimum gratitude of 20% which came up to 42$ for an stupid haircut. Staff here is very bad.. I do not recommend.. they are not trained for haircut.. not sure what they are trained for.. Service: Haircut

This was my 1st visit to Cool Heads and I will be back! Long-time client at different Boardrooms. My stylist Flora was amazing and very knowledgeable and terrific attention to detail ... and my wife loved my look! Very professional atmosphere.

I called to make an appointment the lady who picked up directly said book online. She didn’t even care to take a phone reservation and I made an online appointment, I got a text asking for confirmation. I did confirm it, and when I arrived at the kiosk I asked if I need to check in again, the lady asked me to wait. Made me wait for 20 min. Meanwhile someone checked in and they took him before me. Very disorganized, rude. I liked it here before but this is bad.
