My does an amazing job on my nails everytime. She never disappoints.

The website according the the manager is not theirs. So the prices on the site don’t match what they actually charge . They said my 8 years was too old to get a kids pedicure so they charge $32 for her basic pedicure . The manager was nice , but we won’t be back based on the price difference and the service was so so. Very disappointing

In the past I used to like this place and would recommend but now I’ll say a big NO. The service here has deteriorated so much over the years. They don’t value your time. I took an appointment and was waiting for 1.5hr on the chair for someone to acknowledge. Then came the technician name Dave, who was very careless and the work was not done meticulously. when asked for design pattern on the nail, he did with a lot reluctance. We were a party of 4 and were treated this way. one person was the mom who we wanted to give a great spa experience. They did mani and pedi in parts on the total for 3 hours. we spent 500$+ on the whole and experience was very sub-par. With appointment getting nails took 4 hours, went to Nail spa to chilax with friends and turned out to be the most tiring experience. If i can give negative stars I would do that!!
