Great experience! Took my 14 year old daughter for a new look. Nicole not only cut her hair perfectly, she took time to style it and explain what she was doing so my daughter can fix it like she wants. Before we left, Nicole ensured that my daughter was happy and encouraged us to call if we found anything wrong/out of place. My daughter LOVES her new cut and we both loved the experience, professionalism, and warmth we encountered at J. Miles!

Sara is a superstar - 5 stars (would give more stars if I could!). I got highlights and a haircut/style and I absolutely love it! She is so detailed and took time to go over color selections for my highlights, and we talked about various hair styles that go with my face shape and my personality. She is so knowledgeable on coloring and trends. I am thrilled with the results and I get so many compliments on my hair. Highly, highly recommend Sara! And she's so personable and fun too! I had used Sara once, but this time I had made appt online and received text from Sara asking me to reschedule for next day and I did. I show up and she is not working that day. I was told she was sick. And had been sick for awhile. My question why offer me the appt on that day. Why not just tell me the problem. Very disappointed, . Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring
