Cool Heads in Flower Mound specifically because not only is the customer service awesome but the stylists are great too. My favorite is Trish, I try to always have her cut my hair and shave because she is awesome. One thing to note that really made me love Trish and this location is because I have psoriasis and it affects my forehead and she never makes me feel bad about it. I say this especially because I have had experiences at other salons where they were incredibly rude and uneducated about my dry skin. It’s the little things.

Really nice and calm place! My teenager son was very happy with his haircut. The lady heard him patiently and did exactly what he wanted! Super happy i will bring them back and recommend.
