First let me say that one of their nail techs, Ann, is amazing. Really really detailed and conscientious The reason for the 1 star though is that they this nail salon has jumped on band wagon that they r going to charge $5 for soaking the nails off, that u r replacing at that same appt. Now if this was in writing ANYWHERE in the salon, it’s one thing but no, they wait till the end and just put on ur bill When I called and spoke with manager about he said “everyone in our area does that now”. For real. No comment …. but I hope the extra $5 is worth this review and the loss of a few customers. And one more thing…. When the tech that did my toes put my shoe on, she scrapped the polish on two toes. Now she did the damage but still huffed and rolled eyes at me when I pointed out. Then, instead of wiping the squished polish, she just painted right over the wrinkles …. Who does that??

I broke down and got a pedicure. Omg out of this world outstanding. My dogs haven't felt like puppies in a long time. Stress is minimal and the covid world is a bit more bearable. Thank you to my technician. I did not catch her name but she was very through and present. And Peter always a great host making sure all your needs are met.

My mom took me to her favorite nail salon. She needed her nails and toes done because she was going to her granddaughters wedding. I just moved here from California and she wanted to treat me. This was this nicest pedicure I ever had ????. I also had my eyebrows and lip waxed. It was so luxurious and relaxing, I felt like a princess ????. They even massage your legs, and put your feet in this warm lovely liquid in a plastic bag. The chairs we sat in massage you and they also serve you drinks! The lady that did my pedicure was so nice, her name was Teresa and Annie did my nails ????. Thank you so much for an awesome experience. Just a little advice, can we get the receptionist to smile a little bit more? She does a good job but she looks so intense and not happy.
