MS Nails & Spa

I came here with my girlfriend because this was her usual spot for a decent in-depth pedicure. We have come here for almost a year, but she's been coming here for years with her family prior to. She has recommended this place to many other people as she used to really like the staff and services. Recently, we've been often left hanging even after calling in ahead or making an appointment. The last few times we've come here, they didn't have staff available, or were prepared for our appointment, which causes one person to be left unattended while the other gets started on their pedicure. This also makes the time spent here drastically longer, as by the time I or my girl start their pedicure, the other is just sitting and waiting another 45 minutes. We've spent upwards of 2.5 hours waiting around. This is not only ridiculous but also disrespectful of our time and business. We all have those moment where we see our friends nails and get curious to get our nails done by whoever they go to... I tried that a couple times and each time I regretted it!!! MS NAILS is right down the street and they are AMAZING. I never once had a complaint. Not only do they treat me very well but they also great my daughter like family. She loves hanging out there. My go to nail techs are Crystal and Nina and my go to person for pedicure is Kelly. But they are all great at what they do! I don't know the name of the other two ladies I got my pedicures from before but they did great. My mom got hers done randomly by two ladies there and she loved the outcome. I've been going here for 6 years. I dont always get my nails done... But when I do... I know not to go anywhere else! I'll even be there today lol.

They are the worst!! Please don’t come to get your nails ???? done here!! They charged me for a bad manicure. The manicurist refused to file my nails correctly which a stain was left on both nails.
