Gala Hair Salon

I was happy with the cut. Nancy did a good job. But there is no customer care. I was told a different price for just the haircut, I didn't know that they don't do a post hair care.. like style a bit for the customer. She didn't style it for me afterwards, when I asked for it they charged me a good additinal $15 for just that and never mentioned before that there would be an additional charge. I went for a simple hair cut and paid $40 ???? which could have been a price from a better salon with shampoo and styling... very over priced.

I have been visiting Gala salon for years after my daughter recommended Nancy for her razor cutting ability for fine hair. I have never had a bad cut or color service. She is so friendly and receptive to feedback. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair coloring

- I'll give 2 stars for they are excellent running appointments: they don't overbook and you don't wait unreasonablely for your appointment. This is what I observed while I stayed there for 3 hours for my hair. - They are working hard, not fooling customers around. - However, they don't know what they are doing for many things. I witnessed several incidents that happened to other customers and I couldn't believe my eyes. I just realized that same unbelievable things were done to my hair, too. I did coloring and cutting. I don't want to mention anything for how they colored my hair since it is absolutely terrible. (wrong coloring and too much damage done sadly. my hair now feel like dry hay) But even for the hair cut, they are not following really basic things: when hair is wet, it is weak so all other hair dressers dry hair first then cut hair. but in this place, they brushed really hard while hair was wet and then did the cutting.
