Captiva Hair Salon & Spa

I was a little hesitant to write a review because I thought my hair looked good until I looked at it more and realized it’s not at all what I asked for. I sent the first two pictures as inspiration. When discussing what I wanted, I said I wanted a more lived in balayage look. My hair was previously very light blonde with grown out roots. I just wanted it to blend better up top. I never once said that I wanted my hair to be darker and it ended up being dyed way too dark of a brown. It looks like I just have highlights now. It looks pretty for a highlighted brown hair look, but unfortunately that’s not what I wanted. I definitely wanted to keep my blonde hair but just have a more lived in look. It also took 6 hours. I’m very sad my blonde is gone since I spent so much time and money getting it there. I was totally fine with a few lowlights for dimension, but I sure was not expecting it to be that much darker. I even told my stylists during my appointment that I don’t want brown hair. Ser
