MY LETTER TO OWNERSHIP: First off, great stylists but I'm only giving this place 2 stars because there are never enough stylists to handle the 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. drive time crowd. It's crazy. Guess what....this is when you need to be staffed!!! I walked in and right back out tonight. 3 people waiting and 1 stylist. NOT GOOD. If this is the case the next time I go by there for a haircut on my way home from work, it will be my last. I saw three customers turned away last time I was here for the same reason. The waiting area was full and the single stylist couldn't accept more customers before time to close! You're understaffed and the stylist(s) you do have is overworked and stressed as a result. That’s a recipe for disaster! If service improves, I have every intention of revising my review accordingly. Otherwise, I won't be back. I plan to give this place one more try because I really like the convenience of your location and I drive by it every night on my way home from work. Hire more s

This is the first time visiting this salon and Iris cut my hair. Iris’s area was super clean and she took her time with the haircut. The haircut turned out great without using any styling products.

If there was an option for no stars i would select it. Walked in and was given looks from the stylists like my kids and I didn't belong there. Asked one of the stylists about hair donations since my daughter wanted to donate her hair and she gave a cold answer back. Never coming back to this place.
