Monica's Hair Salon

I found this place due to the fact that it was close to an area I frequent often on my days off. I arrived very optimistic, the owner took a look at my hair and assured me that she could provide the service i was requesting, which involved dying my hair. I showed her the color i wanted, she offered me a color similar to it because she didn't have the color i wanted. So i said i would try one of the colors she offered. She began bleaching my hair, then rinsed and washed. She squeezed a previously opened tube with product into her hand. She lathered her hands with it and "LITERALLY" wiped the product on the surface of my hair. As she's doing that she says "Te puse este color porque estás muy morena y te vas a ver bien falsa.(I'm using this color because you're too dark and you're going to look fake." I don't like confrontation so i continued with the appointment because it was too late to turn back. She sits me back in the chair and turns me away from the mirror and starts drying my hair
