Unauthorized Fees and Contract Violations - Beware! I am writing this review to share my disappointing experience as a tenant for 3 years in excellent standing. As a medical professional, I signed a lease agreement with the understanding that it pertained to salon professionals. However, the landlord continuously added fees to my rent that were not contractually obligated. From the very beginning, it became clear that the Mattison management team (Nicole Moreno and Karly Shover) had no regard for the terms outlined in the lease agreement. Despite its clear stipulations, I was consistently charged for additional fees without my consent or any prior notification. These charges were not mentioned anywhere in the lease agreement and were completely unrelated to my professional needs as a medical professional.
