Stylist was very helpful and gave great advice on how to proceed. Entire haircut was enjoyable, professional and turned out great. In terms of covid, the room is shared by another stylist and his clients, so it was not as safe as I wanted. Still 5 stars for hair quality and customer service. Service: Hairstyling

In 1997 I randomly walked into a hair salon in Downtown Dallas to get a haircut, and I was the luckiest to get Robert. He has been cutting my hair for 20 years! He is bar none, THE BEST. He has passion for his trade, enormous creativity, and such a positive personality. He works with and teaches the best in the business! I love taking my daughter there too and she always leaves feeling pampered and on cloud 9! Looking forward to the next visit!

Coming out of the military - haircuts have to be on point, and I usually don't trust most places to get it done right. So I got a recommendation to check out R&R and made an app t with Anthony. I shared with him what I wanted and he clearly verified what he was going to do...which is where many places miss. The service and staff was friendly and created a fun atmosphere. This is always a plus and the cut was better than I expected. It's always nice getting compliments walking around too. I have recommended this place to my friends and will continue to go here!
