Joseph Shreffler (@joe_shreffler) is the most talented hair stylist I know. I’ve gotten beautiful balayage from him a couple times, and this time I went with a darker color — and every time the colors and blended tones come out so beautifully. I currently live in Austin but I wait to get my hair done until I’m in Dallas just to go to him. Also can we talk about his cuts? The layers are so gorgeous. Also I never have to worry about the tragic trope of “cutting all my hair off” — he is so so careful and gets my okay on the amount to take off. This past time he just did a “dusting” to get split ends off to keep it as long as possible but still healthier ❤️ He flat ironed / straightened by hair this time and it was so shiny and sleek — I’ve never experienced having hair so perfect like that ❤️ and it was so perfect for a first date that went really well — probably because of the cut/color ????✨???? I trust my hair with Joe completely — he is so good.

I’ve been seeing Aimee G. for two years for color and cut and she is amazing. I always looks forward to seeing her and my hair always comes out beautifully. She’s also super transparent about what will and won’t work with my hair, which I appreciate. Whether it’s a haircut or highlights, she always does an incredible job and I love seeing her.
