I had a good experience with nail tech Kandace for a few years, wasn’t the greatest until she cancelled on me last minute and instead of booking me for the next day she tried to get me in an entire week later even though she didn’t cancel anyone else’s services that day and was still doing clients nails the next day. I expressed how much of an inconvenience it was for me because I had to take the entire day off work for her service like I always do because she never starts her services at the time you book them. You’re sitting there for an hour waiting for her to finish up someone else’s nails, and if you ask for something extravagant, she will decide since she doesn’t have enough time to do that, that she’ll give you bare minimum nails. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, she became unprofessional accusing me of having an attitude because she cancelled my appointment since she “didn’t feel well.” She never communicated back with me about my deposit so I contacted her the next day le

*THIS MESSAGE IS FOR FUTURE TENANTS* The tenants and business owners are great but the owner of this property and the one not too far from it is shady. He will find any reason not to pay you your deposit back. Just doesn't communicate well or handle business with tenants especially those who pay on time and cause no trouble. Find a different salon to partner with and give your money to.
