Horrible customer service. Staff was rude. They just want to get haircuts done as soon as possible compromising on quality and basic decent customer dealing skills. Service: Haircut
Visited a week before and got my haircut without any appointments. Visited a day before for my son’s haircut without any appointment, they said they can’t take without appointments.Scheduled appointment at visited 5 mins late and they said they cannot take because it will delay their next customer. It was weird and I wonder they never made any customer wait for 5 mins..
Very rude customer experience for a first timer. Cancelled the appointment without any reason. Just wasted 30 minutes of driving.
