Thi and Jennifer did a fantastic pedicure and SNS nail set for me today. No rush, perfectly warm and exactly what I like in details. I’m a new and now loyal client, Even the drinks by Queen make me feel welcome and she remembers everyone. Katie and Jen have been great too when I’ve come in for a break-fix. I just would not go anywhere else. Stay for two hours and leave happy and pretty! I went to Adorn’s new location in Leander and had an awful experience. I went on the recommendation of a family friend and because they had a 30% off opening discount so I decided to go. However, my service was terrible; not only are my nails hideous but the service was terrible as well. I didn’t catch my male nail tech’s name but he did a terrible job on my mani pedi, leaving my nail shape incomprehensibly uneven and left parts of my feet very rough. My other nail tech, Thi, was one of the rudest nail tech’s I’ve ever had. Not only did she rush me and her work, but she also spoke to me in the most demeaning way possible. When I showed her my manicure nail design, she said she “Didn’t want to do it” and then made the male nail tech switch with her. I don’t know if these nail techs get any training or not but the work this male nail tech did was disgusting and asymmetrical and looks nothing like my simple nail design that I showed them.
