Supercuts

I'm a black female with curly hair. This is my 4th time going to Super Cuts. I asked to have my hair shaped up. What I got was butchered. My husband had to use his clippers to even it out. Now my hair is about 1inch long. I wish Caroline had told me that she didn't know how to cut it. You can't clipper cut my hair against the grain. Guess I'll go to the barber next time or cut my own hair. Won't go back again. Service: Haircut

I booked online with Ashley. When I got there I showed Ashley a picture and described the cut I want. She stated that Cemone would be better for what I wanted. It seemed unprofessional and like she did not want to be bothered. Cemone's expertise and professionalism more than made up for the initial 'confusion'. Cemone explained what she was doing to my hair every step of the way. She also told me how to take care of my hair at home. The cut and style that she gave me was so much better than I even imagined it would be. I have received so many compliments on my hair. Thanks Cemone. I will definitely be back. Cemone was awesome! We all got our hair done super fast. She was attentive with each and every one of us, made the experience a whole lot of fun and turned a frown upside down with my oldest that didn't want to have his hair cut.
