Great experience on my belle microloc install. Devyn and Mya were awesome and did a great job!!

The overall experience I had was with the owner, Kris. She appears to be patient, uplifting, reassuring and knowledgeable about her craft. This is just a part of Kris’ salesperson approach to obtain clients. I asked Kris to correct the mistake Devyn made by combining several of my locs. Kris was not accommodating, argumentative and full of blame. After trying to talk her way through why my locs were done poorly by another salon, which was not shared at my consult appointment, she had an unprofessional attitude while fixing the problem. As I told Kris, the same energy you have to get a client is the same energy you keep to retain the client.

There aren’t enough stars to rate the service I received today! Not only was I greeted by the owner and my stylist Terreka with love, I was consulted with compassion by both! I have hyper-thyroids and baby my hair tells it all! I went and received a silk press and a cut and I love it! My stylist could relate to me and she even gave me a few tips on things that could provide my hair with protein. The environment was filled with laughter and professionalism from all stylist! Ladies look no further! I highly recommended going there for your hair care needs! I will be back every 2/3 weeks! Thanks to all staff for providing excellent service.
