SmartStyle Hair Salon

The hairdresser messed his hair up and she didn't listen to me and was just rude. I told her we wanted a trim and she said a3 I said I guess I am not a hairdresser but once she started there was nothing to do about. Then she started getting onto the 10 yr old and made him cry. Who does that. I didn't let her finish and stupid me actually pd it. Never again. Service: Kids' cuts

I had the most terrible experience at smart style the person who did my hair was also the manager (Janet). Also refused to give me at least the money it took to correct the damage she had done. On top of that she was nasty and unreasonable, also made me feel uncomfortable. To the point where I had to bring my husband with me. I had to go to a whole new hair salon , Aisling Salon and Spa get it fix, cause I was traumatized at what she did to my hair. Thank God for Sandra at Aisling Salon and Spa for doing a incredible job and fixing it.I may not be able to get my money back, but I will do all I can to prevent another person from having to go though what I went through. please share this and let others know not to go to smart styles on grath road. They obviously don't know what they are doing. Services: Hairstyling, Hair highlighting
