Cost Cutters Family Salon (Willowcreek)

Alright, So I am never one to write reviews unless the experience was bad, however, this review is more than positive. After searching for a good hair salon in the Baytown area , I ran across this TGF ( where the old Kroger's was). I ended up reading the reviews and found one for a man named Chris that seemed very good. Therefore, I made a quick phone call to this TGF. Immediately the service was amazing, the manager ( Chris) picked up the phone and was so polite and worked with me. I really needed a hair appointment first thing the next morning before I had ( color, wash,cut,& style) to be at work by 11 am. Chris ended up opening up shop 20 min. early so that he made sure he had plenty of time to get my hair done. The entire experience was absolutely fantastic ( and I am someone who does not enjoy the salon). Not only was he polite and courteous, but he did such a good job on my hair. I couldn't have asked for a better hair stylist, he is definitely who I will be going to from now on.

I absolutely LOVE my hair dresser at Cost Cutters, however since it was purchased by Cost Cutters they have not made any improvements to the facilities (which are needed) and I think the employees and the customers would greatly appreciate some maintenance. Veronica did amazing with my daughter and my haircuts and some highlights. I love how she always takes care of us and provides great tips when asked for advice. I traveled over an hour to see her. Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting
