Salon Moon Hair Studio

I went to the same place to get my hair done for over 20 years, I was searching for somewhere new and a friend of mine recommended Salon Moon. I'm very happy with my hair color; it is absolutely beautiful; however, I'm very unhappy with the work ethic. I tried getting Saturday appointments, but that seemed to be an issue. I decided I'd TAKE OFF WORK to go there, but my appointment times kept being changed or cancelled. I didn't even get a call so they could reschedule my appointment. Apparently, they get to cancel your appointment at the last minute, and then you are responsible for calling them to try to get another appointment. If you don't want or need my business, that is totally fine....just let me know that so I don't waste my time. Service: Hair coloring

Luna has been doing my hair for many years now and I have never been more comfortable and trusting with a stylist. Luna, Gladys and the rest of the staff at Salon Moon are hands down a step above excellence not only in their talent but also in the personal manner in which they care for their clientele. You can always count on them for the latest and most current in hair care, makeup and styling, leaving each client feeling fabulous every single time!! Congratulations to my sweet friend Luna on the new salon. It is as beautiful as all of you!

I wouldn’t even give this place a one star. I had my hair done on Saturday 09/29 and after one wash it was completely gone by Monday 10/01. Not worth $300!! But that’s not even my complaint. I text Luna Labarca (owner) to see how we could fix my hair and to my surprise I got a text that was for another stylist that was about me. She stated word for word “I told her you would message her. She’s pissing me off and I’m about to go off on her”. This is a very unprofessional place and I WOULD NOT spend a dime here because apparently you’ll be pissing them off if you don’t like your hair. LET ME ADD THAT I DID NOT COMPLAIN A WEEK LATER. LUNA LABARCA IS A LIAR. THE PICTURES ARE TWO DAYS APART. SHE JUST CANT ACCEPT THE FACT THAT SHE’S WRONG AND SCREWED UP.
