I had a horrible experience with this place please believe me when I say they have these young ones in there and they do not know what they are doing they file my nails wrong my nails are uneven one of my nails or long one short. Never again will I be returning

I USED to absolutely love this place but now I will never return. They have a whole new staff and they’re young and unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing. I went in on Saturday afternoon and my shellac has already peeled off less than 24 hours later. Nails were not filed or shaped right right. Would highly NOT recommend now and that’s so sad because they were once the only place I trusted and let care for my nails correctly. They need the old employees back! Do not go here if your in a hurry to get something done. Me and my daughter got there and had to wait almost 45 mins to get our pedicures, there’s was only one lady doing toes on a FRIDAY!!! Obviously they are short staffed. I had something to do that day so I was busy after I get my feet done, once I got home for the night I realized that the bottom of my feet were still full of dead skin.. they were not as soft as they usually are. I was upset bc the time spent and money I paid my feet should be soft as a baby bottom. The lady was obviously rushing.
