I am saddened to have to write this review but I’m hoping I can save someone else from experiencing what I’m going through. I had my first Brazilian blowout and j had great results. The second time which was ~15 weeks later was where things went horribly wrong. The first red flag was when my stylist “offered” to let me go home with the chemical on and just to be careful to not get it in my eyes when I wash it at home a couple hours later. Luckily I refused and wanted the full service. Well, fast forward 3 months and FIFTY percent of my hair has fallen out. My dermatologist said my hair follicles are damaged and when that happens it occurs 2-3 months post which aligns with the Brazilian blowout. If you research Brazilian and hair loss it is mind blowing how often this is occurring for people. Oddly enough many with the second time you have it done. Please please don’t get Brazilian blowouts. There is a reason there aren’t many places that do them. They are toxic and now I have to live

I absolutely love this salon! I have been getting Brazilian Blowouts since 2011. I have never ever had them be as thorough or last as long as the ones ive gotten here! Micah is an absolute sweetheart and hair whisperer! She takes her time, gets to know you, and your hair. Every suggestion she has made for the health of my hair has been incredible! I never feel rushed, and leave beaming! We did a full balayage this time and I was pretty scared. The last time I had professional hair color I went home and cried it was so awful and felt they didnt listen at all ): Micah did an incredible job explaining the reality of the colors and process it would take to achieve a lighter color for my near black hair. A great stylist here, carlee, was able to use my formula that was from Schwarzkopf transfer it into goldwell, and really fix my long red hair color that was uneven…… from my former stylist not saturating and leaving the glaze on long enough the week Before…. I am Very interested now in switching to Goldwell color for my future appointment in 6 weeks. Really loved the stylist and the salon!
