On August 24, 2016, Strange Bird Salon in Austin, Texas held a special ceremony to celebrate its one year anniversary. The hair salon, which has drawn both beauty fanatics and trend setters to it since it opened, had its staff and customers come out to enjoy a fun evening of dancing, live music and cake. The party symbolized the successful journey the salon has had and gave customers another opportunity to experience the beauty and creativity of this unique salon.

Staffs are professional, they offered me free drinks while i was waiting. She is Patient and skilled . My hair came out so perfectly in style and color. Everyone ????
Ashleah is a great hair stylist ! She is sweet and caring and going to have your hair done with her is so relaxing. She has her own special touches such as crystal eye masks and scalp massages which really make going to her a unique experience. The salon is also very pretty and the products she chooses to use are amazing as well. I love all her recommendations. She really listens and wants you to be 100 percent happy with your hair which I really appreciate !
Ashleah is amazing! Whether you're looking for major transformation or just a refresher, you will walk out of her chair absolutely ecstatic about your hair. I always get compliments about how great my color is, and with proper care it fades beautifully so I can go for several months between visits. I first started seeing Ashleah when she was still in DC and I make it a point to swing by any time I'm visiting Texas.
