I made an appointment but when I arrived on time the woman who did my hair was the only one there talking on the phone and pointed to a chair for me to sit without greeting me. She then continued talking on the phone for a couple of min standing next to me not doing anything but talking on speaker. She proceeded to cut my hair but it was a dry cut since it should be simple 1 inch off the bottom& she used a thin toothed comb breaking my dry curly hair as she pulled knots and she went for the straightener to “help” but I had to ask her to wet my hair rather than apply heat. She then made the left side shorter than the right & told me I came in like that hahaha. I asked her to fix and it and she was confused. I then seriously started feeling upset and concerned about my hair and having to pay for another hair appointment elsewhere to fix it while ending up with shorter hair than I wanted. Definitely will not be returning, it’s not worth $40 for a bad haircut with no washing and no styling

I just wasted my money. WORST manicure I have EVER had in my entire life.
