Salon X Change near The Domain Atx

This was my first time at Salon Xchange. I received multiple recommendations from the salon, so I scheduled a sew in with Jasmine! I loved my experience at the salon and with Jasmine! She communicated ahead of time to get an understanding of what I was looking for style-wise and delivered! She’s also extremely friendly and great to chat with - already scheduled my next visit and looking forward to it!

Went there for a keratin treatment. They charged me $300 and you can see the results in the photo how frizzy and damaged my hair is. The ends of my hair is my previous keratin treatment I got somewhere else and the root is after I washed my hair after the treatment I got at this salon with Crystal. Very disappointed! It was waist of time and money and my hair is damaged because of the several iron passes she did on my hair!

I've already been coming to this IMMACULATE salon for 2 years so this review is LONG overdue. Services are efficient, fairly priced, and always stunning! Staff is welcoming, understanding, and professional. This business has provided me braids, sew-ins, micro links, hair cuts, full permanent colors, and EVERYTHING in between! If you live anywhere NEAR Austin, TX.... don't walk, RUN TO SALON X CHANGE!
