I've already been coming to this IMMACULATE salon for 2 years so this review is LONG overdue. Services are efficient, fairly priced, and always stunning! Staff is welcoming, understanding, and professional. This business has provided me braids, sew-ins, micro links, hair cuts, full permanent colors, and EVERYTHING in between! If you live anywhere NEAR Austin, TX.... don't walk, RUN TO SALON X CHANGE!

Taelor is a miracle worker! I came into the salon for a consultation with Luis last Friday because I was unhappy with the work that I had received at a different salon. At the other place, my bangs had been cut incorrectly and the coloring of my hair was off. He was super helpful and set with up with Taelor and they were able to squeeze me in last minute for the following week. Taelor took a lot of care to figure out exactly what it was that I wanted. She removed the top bundle that had previously been cut, sewed in a new bundle, cut it to my exact request, and then helped me select a color that worked better with my skin tone. She put so much time and effort into helping me fix my hair just in time for a wedding that I will be in this coming weekend (hence the initial urgency). She even gave me tips on how to style my hair and my bangs for said wedding. I’m literally in TEARS of joy!!! Having had a nightmare experience at another salon which immediately required me to cut off 22 inches off my hair, I was distraught about my appearance. Thank goodness for Salon X Change. I booked online then followed up with a call. Shaunda answered and was the most professional helpful expert. She scheduled my appointment with Jasmine who looked at my inspiration picture and instantly knew what was required to achieve the look. I walked out with a FLAWLESS sew in that’s incredibly soft and doesn’t tangle or shed at all. I talking “NO tangling or shedding! “ Jasmine installed their raw Indian hair as well as a closure and let’s say I feel incredibly beautiful again.
