The manager was rude to me and wasn’t willing to work with me. I had to reschedule my hair appointment and they tried charging me for my missed appointment that I rescheduled. I come into my hair appointment and behind my back they tell me they canceled and said they called me which they never did !! Didn’t get a phone call. The manager wasn’t willing to work with me and was rude. Never coming back
I frequently visit dry bar especially the Las Vegas location. I came in to get my hair done for a funeral and within two hours my hair had completely fallen out. I came back and was charged another $35 when they weren’t even busy to have some more curls put in. It didn’t even take them 10 minutes to do. I would have been better of getting a curling iron closer to where I was and doing it myself instead of now having spent $100 plus tip just for my hair to look like it should have for $59 plus tip!!!! Service: Blowouts
I wish I could leave 2 separate parts to my review. My stylist was great. I loved my hair. However the receptionist was extremely unpleasant toward me & it threw me off because I’ve always had the best time at Drybars. I want to start by saying I was almost 14 minutes late (not familiar with DT Austin, parking etc) but my fault! I called them to let them know & I told them how close I was & the receptionist said that’s fine. When I arrived she told me they would not be able to do my scalp massage add on (understood bc I was late.) BUT i took a seat & continued to sit there for an additional 23 minutes until someone was even free to do my hair. Not once did the receptionist say anything to me about waiting for longer. Not sure how they assign clients but it didn’t make sense to me. So long story short I didn’t get my scalp massage & the stylist actually ended up apologizing for the wait because THEY were running behind. So even if I was on time, I would have waited. And to top it all o
