Bradz Salon

I left a 5 star review on my last visit, but unfortunately, I’m having to update with a lower review. My haircut today was a mess. I wanted to see the same person as last time but she was no longer here. Today I had to ask the stylist to fix multiple things— two different lengths in the front and a straight line where my layers were in the back. She wasn’t able to really fix the layers issue even after texturizing my hair to death. She worked on it for about 30 min after I asked her to fix it and it was stressing me out because I asked multiple times what she was doing. I was concerned because she was still cutting. She also tended to pull hair as she cut and texturized. I will probably come back to Bradz again because of past good experiences but this experience was terrible. Back in the day I used to get my hair cut at the beauty school, and this brought me back to those days but with no supervision.

How lucky am I to have found this salon! Color by Jim, cut and styling by Christa. Both services were exceptional. Great attitudes, great service, great price. Christa even put off her plans for the night just to make sure my hair was absolutely perfect. And OMG - the massaging shampoo - I’m not sure if that’s a service salons offer, but i wanna go back between my maintenance just for the luxury shampoo. The whole experience: It. Was.
