Bob Salon LLC

I have been to this Salon 3 times and the last time my hair on the sides did not develop to the full color. When I asked Tricia if she could fix it before my trip to NY she said she could do it but didn't have time to dry it. I work for a commercial property management firm downtown so that obviously would not work for me and wondered if the owner had time to fix it because that is what normally happens in this situation. When I said that, I then received an email from the owner. It was long so I will only post what shocked me. ""Our stylists have years of experience and extensive training beyond that so I'm confident that they produce beautiful results on many clients. Sandra is wonderful! I have been putting my head/hair in her capable and talented hands for close to 20 years.
