I went to this salon for a consultation for my hair color. They provided rude and condescending remarks regarding my hair. They undermined minded me and treated me disrespectfully. I’m sure they are knowledgeable in their field, but they customer service they provided was terrible. I wanted to support small businesses near me, but I would not recommend this business to anyone. This was my first time here. When I called to make an appointment, MJ answered and assisted me. She was patient and spent time explaining the services and prices. She got me in the same afternoon. She spent time going over different colors with me and made suggestions. We agreed on the color and she got started. She was quick, but efficient and detailed in the coloring. The wash included a head massage, which was so relaxing. The cut and style turned out amazing! I will definitely be going back. The price for services was reasonable given the amount of time spent.
