I came in with balayage that had grown out and asked for the top to transition better into the bottom. I came out looking like the top half of my hair had been dyed red. It didn't even look highlighted! I went in twice to have this fixed and reached a point where I had to request a refund, something I have never had to do for a beauty service. The stylist said she would get me a refund and speak to her manager and then ended up quitting a couple days later. So begins my HORRIBLE customer service experience. I am still fighting for the refund that I was promised and had to spend a ton of money to fix the mess left on my hair. Service: Hair highlighting

After +1 year or quarantine, my hair needed some help. Sam did a great job of adding shape and life back into my hair. She was ready to start on time and was a joy to work with. The salon was very nice and clean. Highly recommend!
