THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I booked a facial and massage with my best friend at 1245. I called the morning of to confirm everything was still good to go. Sharita answered the phone and said she had me down for 130 pm (although I had a confirmation text saying it was 1245) she said to me again rudely, "I have you down for 130." So we changed our plans and came early to fill out paper work as new clients. This was never told to me to do so and I had asked if I should come early when I called. When we arrived, we started 20 minutes later- we were never acknowledged that they were running late AND they had the wrong services booked for us. We waited patiently and calmly while they were so unorganized. When I went for my massage, I was told in the room that if I wanted anything other then lighter pressure it would be $20 more. I told the lady that this was NEVER told to me when I booked and I never paid for various types of pressure at any massage in the history of getting a massage. This m

I’ve had my haircut here the past couple times. Joanne the owner always cuts my hair. I really enjoying the convenience of the salon downtown since I live in Germantown and walk here. Quick and high quality along with knowing their stuff about products. Highly recommended.
