S.V.R Nails

This is long overdue. I have to start by saying, I just love Kim and her family!!! My mom is wheelchair bound with severe hand stiffness due to stroke. Our very first visit, Kim didn't find an excuse to service her yet got some pillows and patiently propped my mom's arm up and did a wonderful job on each finger. Every visit was nothing short of great customer service, genuine care and awesome work on someone with a balled up stiff and muscle crimped hand. After I moved away, my aunt continued to take my mom to Kim because of kindness and patience. Thankful for you all because my mom loves getting her nails done!! Kim, I wish you were here with us, we can definitely use your patience and skills because there's no one like you. I had to take the time to acknowledge greatness and give thanks to those who go over and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Kim, for being the person that your are, you're some kind of wonderful and we greatly appreciate you! My mom misses your kindness, as do I.

Make sure to know exactly what this nail salon will be charging for their services. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails with blue tips & a silver lining. She asked me to pay $95 which is absolutely insane for what I had done. I had a quote from another nail salon in Germantown and they said they would have costed me $60. Another thing they did not care for my nail bed properly when using the drill and they hurt pretty bad. This is the second time I have been overcharged. Service: Acrylic nails

we got here before 12 on a sunday and it is currently 12:17 and no one has arrived. they did terrible on my nails. they made a nail way too thicc, extermely sore, the nail gel is chipping off, got dip under my nail and didnt bother to fix it, clear coat on my nail is messed up, nail polish is pealing off. the worst service i have ever experinced at a nail salon. do not recommened their service.
