Sierra was great - I was in town for the weekend and booked in for some waxing and eyelash tint. She was even able to fit me in for a facial right after though I hadn't booked. Would recommend to anyone staying out living in Memphis. They also offer hair services - wish I had booked those also!

I can't believe I've never written a review for this incredible place (particularly because I really enjoy writing reviews!) Shelby (my stylist and now friend !) was recommended to me when I first moved to Memphis by an acquaintance when I mentioned I was looking for a new salon. Immediately upon meeting her, I knew I had made the right choice. Shelby is funny, kind, warm, and welcoming. She's done an incredible job with my hair every time (we recently just chopped it all off). It is a joy coming to see her for both my hair and my soul! Her energy matches the energy of all the staff at Rachel's as well. I have experienced nothing but wonderful interactions with every one who works here every time I come in. Additionally, when you come here, you give to a woman owned small business! Now that's worth way more than a hair cut. Go here. Promise you won't regret it.
