I am a first time customer and I must say I had a great experience. My stylist, QUI, is the absolute best!!! If you want to experience genuine, first class treatment from start to finish, Qui is your girl. She gave me a brand new look just in time for my birthday. Also, I enjoyed the atmosphere. This shop is ultra modern and classy!! I will be a returning customer. I highly recommend!!

I understand they couldn't provide me with one of the services I requested. I was okay with that and I spoke very kindly to them when they told me, but one of the workers spoke to me incredibly rudely, hung up on me when I was asking an additional question, and canceled my appointment with one of the services they did provide when I still wanted it. I will save my money and take my business elsewhere. I will not be going back and neither will my family members who have been going to you all. Please be kinder to your customers. Very rude.
