Update : While my experience at the salon was not what I had planned, the salon handled this matter with great care and made me feel valued and heard. They reached out to me and worked with me to refund what I paid for my visit and were extremely professional and kind throughout the entire process. This was my first time going to Pavo Salon. I chose to go to this salon because of the many 5 star reviews. I walked in hoping to get my WAIST long hair cut to midboob length, as I am getting married in October and did not want anything too drastic (which I also told to my stylist). I told my stylist the length I wanted (and to go no shorter). I stressed this more times than I can count. My stylist asked me to look down so they could cut my hair. When I looked back up, I realized how short they cut it. My hair was now at my armpits. So, rather than taking 4-5 inches off my hair, they cut off 8-10 inches.This is not at all what I asked for nor wanted. I am extremely upset and unhappy with the
