Best Salon in Memphis! I am new to town and have been searching for a salon I can trust. I was recommended Monica at Pavo but was told the whole Salon is great. That was an understatement! Kaitlyn (who is mostly at the Central location) is INCREDIBLE. She listened to what I wanted and delivered 10fold. I got the perfect summer hair I had been hoping for! She was able to keep most of my length and still managed to make my hair look and feel way healthier. I will be relying on Kaitlyn for all of my hair needs moving forward! I also want to give a shout out to the Owner and Staff at Pavo for making it such a welcoming environment. If anyone is ever not completely satisfied ( I cannot imagine why but) they are more than happy to address any issue immediately.
