Sport Clips Haircuts of Collierville

I brought my 5 year old son in today for a haircut this morning, as soon as they opened at 10am. Ashley ( I believe was her name ) was rude from the second she was behind the desk and said my sons name before just walking off. She then looked at us as if we had done something wrong. As we walk back, I told my son to jump in the chair & she did not speak. Didn’t say hello to me OR my son who is excited but also very nervous about getting his haircut. So he wasn’t comfortable I could tell & he told me afterwards. So at this point I ask if she’d like to see the cut I want & proceed to show her bc she is quite literally just standing there like I am bothering her. I go back to the front and sit with my 1 y/o & am just watching my 5 y/o get his hair cut. Sitting so still the entire time & being good. ( only adding bc I could somewhat understand the irritation if he was being awful. )This lady doesn’t speak to my kid. The whole entire haircut. No words. ( my son also told me afterwards ). A

Good haircut spot, lexxi is the best hair stylist and professional with a sweet attitude. The rest of the workers are in deep sleep. Don't even bother to wake them up.

I have been a Sports Clips customer for 12 years (at a different location) and took my 8 year old son to this location in Collierville for a haircut. Absolutely the worst haircut experience we have had. I am retired US Army and keep a high standard and this location didn't come remotely close to meeting it. The ladies were rude and obnoxious. They had 3 chairs open and would not cut my son's hair. They would not let me move my waiting room chair 3 feet closer to sit with my own son. They made a fuss and kept us waiting until we left. So if you enjoy less than mediocre and rude substandard behavior, this is your place! Service: Hairstyling
