Kathy's Nails

Went for the first time on Monday, June 19 for a mani-pedi. I was pleased with the service I received but I had to smooth out the rough edges of my nails when I got home. However, Tuesday, 2 of my nails started chipping. This morning (Wednesday) my index finger has absolutely no polish on it. I woke up and it was bare, and now 2 more fingernails are starting to chip. Polish should last longer than a day or 2. I won't be going back. Edit to add - the further along the day has gone, the more polish is just falling off my nails. This was a complete waste of my time and money! Services: Pedicure, Manicure

So I stopped in here one day after work because I really really badly wanted to pamper myself and have a pedicure and the lady was very nice and she was very very rough on my toes and also when I got done and got outside the nail polish was horrible I mean there were toes that like half the nail polish was on there half of it wasn’t so then I got on Facebook and message them to try to get them to contact me back before I would leave a review like this and not once did anyone try to get back to me then when I got to the counter to pay for it the Lady asked if I would like a leave a tip and I said yes five and she looked back at me and said seven dollars even though she heard me say five dollars and I said no five dollars so I would not recommend this place ever

I love Kathy’s Nails and I always let Kim do my pedicure and nails. She has been doing them for 20 years. I had acrylic for the longest time and now I do the dip on my nails.
