Sport Clips Haircuts of Cleveland

I thought this would had been a great place to get a fade. Man I was wrong. After they charge me that much I had it fixed at great clips. I dont remember her name but she said she was the manager you and had red hair with glasses.

I had my haircut by Ginger at Sport Clips in Cleveland, TN. She done great, I had a bald fade done and I'm very picky about my hair as a man.... I will definitely let her cut my hair again

They say they close at 5pm I showed up at 4:45pm and they said they were closed for the day but the buisness hours state they close at 5 so how are you closed if it's not 5pm. I have used this place multiple time and when I came in earlier they had a hour and half wait time and I've never had a wait that long or been refused service before 5pm. As a long term customer I was very dissatisfied with my vist and want to know why I was refused service during buisness hours.
