Madelyn is great! Very knowledgeable about hair and so nice. I get nervous about people cutting my hair since I like my length, but she did great! Made sure about the length I wanted cut off and even did layers to frame my face. I will definitely be using her to cut my hair from now on!

BEWARE. If I could give zero stars, I would. Spend your money ANYWHERE else. The “stylist” Madelyn, did my hair and I couldn’t be more upset/appalled at the lack of knowledge for coloring and color removal as well as the blatant lack of respect for the customer on the part of both Madelyn and who I assume was the person in charge, Mandy. Neither introduced themselves to me so I had to assume/ask. I asked for a cut and color removal so that I could get all over color that would match my roots. I made it clear that I was growing out my roots and didn’t want color remover on them. The stylist said she’d try to keep it off my roots because the remover could lighten them. She did not. By the end of the processing time, I had multiple sections with level 8/9 HOT ROOTS. I expressed my concerns and was brushed off. “You just have to trust the process,” was what Madelyn chose to tell me. No apology. No acknowledgment that she’d done exactly what she said she wouldn’t do. She then began to add t
